Natural Progesterone versus prescription synthetic Progestins
Natural Progesterone is the way to health with a minimum of side effects.
Natural Progesterone is bioidentical (biologically the same) to the hormone that your own body produces. Brand name prescription progesterone-like products (progestins) are chemically modified so they can be patented. They are NOT the
same as your own hormones. These synthetic hormones can cause cancer. See any Physican's Desk Reference entries describing the side effects of brand name prescription progesterone-like (progestin) products.
Brand name prescription synthetic progestins have been shown to cause birth defects. In fact, a recent copy of the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR) states that Synthetic Progestins cause birth defects. Fertility Medical Doctors typically use Natural Progesterone to prevent 1st trimester miscarriages. These specialist Medical Doctors do NOT use brand name progesterone-like products (progestins) in pregnancy because these synthetic progestins cause birth defects. Need we say more? For specific information regarding brand name progestins, perform a Web search on the Internet for synthetic progesterone, progestin and law suits.
A young woman usually produces 20 mg/day of Natural Progesterone during the latter half of her period. A pregnant woman usually produces 400 mg/day during her third trimester. Customers usually supplement with 20-60 mg/day of with our Progestelle®.
Our Progestelle ® works and is superior to progesterone cream because:
Our Pharmaceutical Grade Natural Progesterone is made from Yams. Our Skin Oil was specified by a medical doctor to be hypoallergenic and kind to sensitive individuals. Ingredients are nontoxic, safe to use, and may even be used under the tongue. Because of these reasons, Progestelle is superior to progesterone cream.
In contrast, our competitors use skin cream. Skin progesterone cream is oil and water mixed together with an emulsifier chemical added to keep the water and oil mixed together. When the progesterone cream is put on the skin, the water evaporates in a few minutes leaving just the oil. Since water is added to a cream, a preservative (sometimes estrogenic) is needed. Also emulsifiers can be toxic.
Our product just contains coconut oil and Natural Progesterone. Our product works better!!
1. Our Progestelle ® uses Progesterone made from Yams. Other progesterone creams may only have yam extract, a diosgenin, that does not work. Other progesterone creams may have progesterone in concentrations too little or too much.
2. Our Progestelle ® is simply Progesterone suspended in vegetable oil. Other progesterone creams use Methyl Paraben or Propyl Paraben as a preservative. Methyl Paraben and Propyl Paraben are known xenoestrogens that mimic estrogen that could make you worse. The Parabens seem to be associated with cramping
in some patients. Parabens also seem to make endometriosis patients worse.
3. Our Progestelle ® uses vegetable oil as a carrier. Other progesterone creams use mineral oil which will act as an impenetrable barrier.
4. Our Progestelle ® does not use herbs. While some herbs are useful and helpful. Other progesterone creams have used herbs that mimicked estrogen with deleterious effects.
5. Our Progestelle ® uses glass bottles as a receptacle, not plastic. Plastic can outgass into the skin cream or skin oil. Bisphenol-A, a common anti-oxidant used in plastic, was originally designed as an estrogen mimic, and can get into the skin cream or skin oil.
6. Our Progestelle ® uses nontoxic ingredients and can even be eaten safely. A competitor's product used Steral Konium Chloride as an emulsifier and preservative. Only 3cc of Steral Konium Chloride causes fatal convulsions in adults if ingested.

If Natural Progesterone is so wonderful, why isn't it used by my doctor ? "The definition of malpractice hinges on whether or not the
practice is common among one's medical peers and has little (usually nothing) to
do with whether the practice is beneficial or not."
