Anything on the skin is 10 times the oral dose in potency since the dose bypasses the liver by being absorbed directly into the body. Two drops is the skin dose of 2.4 mg of Pregnenolone. 2.4 mg Skin dose of PregnenoPep is equivalent to a 24 mg Oral Dose of Pregnenolone.
