This is not only a wonderful product, but through purchasing this, I realized that there are progesterone blocking or bad estrogen in soaps! I knew soap was bad for me, and I stopped using soaps on my body for years. Nevertheless, I had to wash my hair with soaps or else it would turn really oily. I tried many mild soaps and in the end, I chose to use black soap powder which contained no chemicals.... However, I noticed that every time I used that a few hours later, I had a headache. By that time, I could not relate my headache with the black soap. I finally realized what was happening until I bought this Progestelle progesterone. The materials that came with the products explains why I got the headache every time I used black soap! This opens a new world to me, not only about soaps, but also many foods that we regard healthy! I have been using this oil for many years with great success. I like the fact that it is all natural with no chemicals like other products. I will not be without this oil. It helps to balance my body. The information booklet that they give you is very informative and if you follow their recommendations in the booklet, it will help you so much!

Great product

I have not had blood work to identify the change in my hormone levels, since I'm living abroad, but I have experienced wonderful physical and emotional improvements. My PMS is so much better than what it used to by. My moods don't shift as extreme; I don't experince painful cramping like I used to; and my flow is now regular in frequency and not so heavy. I would likely be experiencing even better results if I always followed the other changes recommended. I do follow them fairly closely but not exactly. I'm confident my situation would improve even more if I did follow them with more exactness. I highly recommend this product. I will say that the initial oily feeling, when it is applied, can be uncomfortable but it seems to absorb somewhat quickly and does not leave an oily residue on my clothes. Since I have to hand wash my clothes for where I am living I was concerned about this but it hasn't been a problem.

I know Progestelle works, because The nights I forget to use it I wake up hot and unable to fall back asleep. If I get up then and apply it I am able to fall asleep. Also I have fibrocystic breasts. I applied Progestelle directly to my breast and the lumps and pain is gone. I also like that this product does not contain alcohol.
